U.S. Intelligence intercepted several communiques concerning the transfer of POWs
Charles Cousens and Wallace Ince. These documents represent the translations of
actual Inperial Japanese Army orders concerning the two. The IJA captured both men
relatively early in the war and transferred them to Tokyo for radio work.
